You know how tornadoes are only supposed to hit trailer parks and vast Oklahoma flatlands? Well, sometimes they hit a mile away from my house right smack in the middle of downtown Atlanta too.

I'm fine. There was no damage to my neighborhood beyond your usual huge storm debris, but my cable, sadly, cannot say the same. It's been down for the count since Tuesday.

I'm Starbucksing it right now and will plow through the gallery and my message center as thoroughly as possible, but should I get all church mousy again, know that it's just a cable problem and fret not.

Downtown is still wrecked and giant pieces of glass are constantly dropping out of highrise windows causing new damage. Cleanup crews are working on stuff.

Remember, it could have been worse. At least the Girl Scout cookies are safe.
