You know how tornadoes are only supposed to hit trailer parks and vast Oklahoma flatlands? Well, sometimes they hit a mile away from my house right smack in the middle of downtown Atlanta too.
I'm fine. There was no damage to my neighborhood beyond your usual huge storm debris, but my cable, sadly, cannot say the same. It's been down for the count since Tuesday.
I'm Starbucksing it right now and will plow through the gallery and my message center as thoroughly as possible, but should I get all church mousy again, know that it's just a cable problem and fret not.

If one more person lectures me about animal abuse in the comments on my Beating a Dead Horse emoticon, I swear to Harold my head is going to explode.
I need a "It's just an expression, people, get the fug over yourselves" stamp. Please, I beg of you. Assuage my agony. It doesn't have to be in those words. It just has to convey that message to keep me sane.
And possibly to link future such commentors to because I don't think I can stand to answer them in complete sentences anymore.

Classics Week
Inspired by a certain DD suggestion that shall remain nameless (until Monday), I've decided next week is classics week for Daily Deviations. The basic rule still applies -- the artist can't have gotten a DD in the past 3 months -- but other than that, it's open season.
I don't care how old it is, if the artist is active or dormant, if it's already been faved a hundred times. If you've loved it for years, if there are 20 plz accounts inspired by it, if you think it belongs in the pantheon of greatest emotes evar for whatever reason, note me the link and the reason.
